3/4 | c | Apple cider + 2 tbsp. OR Apple juice |
1 | c | Apple, peeled & chopped |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter |
3 | c | Unbleached white flour |
1/3 | c | Quick-cooking oatmeal |
1 1/2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Nonfat dry milk |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Apple Pie spice |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
DAK/WELBILT |
1 | tb | Yeast |
3 | c | Unbleached white flour |
1/3 | c | Quick-cooking oatmeal |
1 1/2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Nonfat dry milk |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Apple pie spice |
1 | c | Minus 2 tb. apple cider OR apple juice |
2 | tb | Butter |
1 | c | Apple, peeled and chopped |
Place all ingredients in the machine, progam for bread, or basic bread,
and press start. This is for the Hitachi/Zojirushi machines.
Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Place all the ingredients
in the machine, program for White Bread and press start. This is for the
DAK/Welbilt machines.
This moist and fragrant bbread tastes great with a slice of Cheddar
Cheese melted on top.
