Title: Oat Date-Nut Bread

3/4 | c | Water |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
2 | c | Bread flour |
1/3 | c | Old fashioned rolled oats |
1/3 | c | Imported chopped or pitted |
.dates | ||
1/4 | c | Chopped walnuts or pecans |
.toasted | ||
1 1/2 | tb | Instant dry powdered milk |
1 1/2 | tb | Tb sugar |
3/4 | ts | Ground cinnamon (optional) |
1 1/2 | ts | Rapid Rise yeast |
Combine ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Process in regular, delayed or rapid bake cycle. This recipe makes a 1 pound loaf.
