Title: Oat Date-Nut Bread

Yield: 1 Lb loaf

3/4cWater
3/4tsSalt
1tbButter or margarine
2cBread flour
1/3cOld fashioned rolled oats
1/3cImported chopped or pitted
  .dates
1/4cChopped walnuts or pecans
  .toasted
1 1/2tbInstant dry powdered milk
1 1/2tbTb sugar
3/4tsGround cinnamon (optional)
1 1/2tsRapid Rise yeast

Combine ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Process in regular, delayed or rapid bake cycle. This recipe makes a 1 pound loaf.
