1/2 | c | Water (70 to 80 degrees) |
1/3 | c | Plain yogurt |
1 1/2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | Egg | |
1/4 | c | Oats-old fashioned or quick |
3 | tb | Wheat germ |
3 | tb | Unprocessed bran |
1 1/2 | ts | Packed brown sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | c | Bread flour |
1 | ts | Fleischman's bread machine |

Measure all ingredients into bread machine in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Process in basic or rapid bread cycle on medium/normal crust setting. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
