Title: Hazelnut-Amaretto Loaf

3 | c | Bread flour |
1 | c | Milk |
3/4 | c | Hazelnuts; toasted chopped |
1 | Egg | |
3 | tb | Sugar |
3 | tb | Margarine; or butter |
2 | tb | Amaretto; or hazelnut liqueur |
1 | ts | Active dry yeast |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
AMARETTO GLAZE------------------------------- In a small mixing bowl combine | ||
1/2 | c | Powdered sugar; sifted |
1 | tb | Amaretto; or hazelnut liqueur; or |
1/2 | ts | Almond extract. |
May be topped with Amaretto Glaze. In a small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 Tablespoon amaretto or hazelnut liqueur or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. If needed, all 1 0r 2 teaspoons of milk to make a drizzling consistency.
Amaretto Glaze Combine with 1 or 2 teaspoons of milk to make a drizzling consistency.
