2/3	c	Milk
1	lg	Egg
2	tb	Butter
3	tb	Sugar
1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Lemon or orange peel
2	c	Whole wheat flour
1	tb	Vital gluten
1 1/2	ts	Yeast

Have baked this on rapid whole wheat and light cycle and both came out fine. Have also substituted natural applesauce for the sugar.
