5 | tb | Butter |
1 | lg | Egg |
3 | tb | Date Sugar or White Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Baking Soda |
3 | c | Bread Flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Lecithin |
1 1/2 | ts | Dough Enhancer |
1 | pk | Yeast |
ADD AFTER BEAP |
1 | c | Raisins |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Put all ingredients in ABM according to specifications of bread maker. Set
on light setting, raisin bread and start. After the second knead starts,
shut off ABM and restart if desired. After the beap during the second knead
(the 2nd time) add raisins that are dusted with cinnamon to dough.
