1/4tsBaking Soda
3cBread Flour
1 1/2tsLecithin
1 1/2tsDough Enhancer
1pkYeast
ADD AFTER BEAP
1cRaisins
2tsCinnamon

Put all ingredients in ABM according to specifications of bread maker. Set on light setting, raisin bread and start. After the second knead starts, shut off ABM and restart if desired. After the beap during the second knead (the 2nd time) add raisins that are dusted with cinnamon to dough. Excellent! Kim (XPRP57A)
