Title: Linda's Semolina Bread

1/2 | ts | Yeast |
2 | c | Flour, bread |
1 | c | Flour, semolina |
1/2 | tb | Salt |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Milk, powdered |
Water | ||
1 | Egg |
Add enough water to dry milk to make 1 cup liquid.
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
