Title: Tropical Medley

Yield: 1 Loaf

3	ts	Yeast
3	c	Flour, bread
2	tb	Milk, powdered
1 1/2	tb	Sugar
1/2	tb	Salt
2	tb	Oil
1 1/4	c	Water
1	c	Fruit, dried

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

The books says apricots, coconut, golden raisins, papaya and pineapple make a good combination for the dried fruits. I used the more easily obtainable combo of chopped apple, apricot, raisins, etc.

It's not necessary to use the 'raisin' cycle; the fruit can be added at the beginning with the other ingredients.
