Title: Spiced Pumpkin Bread Abm

1 | ts | Yeast |
2 1/2 | c | Flour, bread |
2 | tb | Sugar, brown |
1/2 | tb | Salt |
1 | tb | Pumpkin pie spice |
1 | c | Pumpkin |
3 | tb | Oil |
2 | Eggs | |
1/4 | c | Water |
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
In hot, humid weather, reduce water by 1/8 c.
Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: Not a sweet bread. Worked equally well substituting 1 c whole wheat flour for 1 c bread flour.
