2 1/4	ts	Yeast
2 1/4	c	Bread flour
3/4	c	Whole wheat flour
1/3	c	Cracked wheat
1 1/2	ts	Salt
4	tb	Powdered milk
1	tb	Butter or margarine
1	c	Water
3	tb	Honey
1	lg	Egg
1	ts	Lemon juice

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Do not use timer.
