Note from book: This is an old family favorite. The cottage cheese (I
use low-fat) gives it a great texture and flavor this is perfect with a
salad. Note: that all-purpose flour is used to maintain the original
texture.
NOTE: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 1/2 ts. of yeast for the 1
1/2 lb. loaf.
