Title: Dawns Vanilla Raisin Bread

2/3 | c | Raisins, soaked in vanilla * |
1 1/8 | c | Buttermilk |
1 | lg | Egg |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Butter |
3 1/2 | c | Bread flour |
2 | ts | Yeast |
*Combine raisins and 3 tbs vanilla for at least 1 hour then drain well. If you want to make on spur of the moment, combine the raisins and vanilla then microwave for one minute on HIGH. For a stronger vanilla flavor, reserve vanilla and use as part of your liquid.
