Title: Chilie Cheese Bread

2 1/2tsYeast
3 1/4cBread flour
1tsBaking powder
1tsSalt
1tbSugar
4tbSACO dry buttermilk
1tbVital wheat gluten
1/4cWater
1 1/4cSharp cheddar; lg cubes
1cnCanned chopped green chilies; well-drained

If you don't want to use green chilies, add about 1/2 tsp. of ground red pepper. Place all ingredients (EXCEPT cheese and chilies) in the machine and push "Start". After the first knead, at the beep, add the chilies and the cheddar cheese. When the bread is finished baking, brush on some margarine or butter.
