3tsBran
1 1/2tsSalt
1 1/8cWater
3tbMolasses; honey; or sugar
1 1/2tbDry milk; or dry buttermilk
1 1/2tsBrotgewurtz; (a German mixture of anis; fennel; and corriand
1 1/2tsYeast
1 1/2tbOlive Oil
1tbInstant Coffee
1tbCocoa

This gives a dark bread; fairly moist, with lots of texture.
