3/4 | c | Water |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 | | Egg |
3/4 | ts | Almond extract |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Sguar |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
ROLL IN |
6 | tb | Butter; melted |
2/3 | c | Almonds; chopped |
Run machine on dough cycle. Remove dough from machine and separate into 1"
balls. Roll the balls in the melted butter then the almonds. Place balls
into a loaf pan, tube pan or holiday shaped pan; cover and let rise for
about 1 hour. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden
brwon.
