Use raisin bread cycle and add raisins and sunflower seeds at the beep or after the first knead. This is a crunchy, sweet bread. The raisins and sunflower seeds make it a good source of iron, and the soymilk and legume flour make it an excellent source of protein. This is gluten-free, wheat-free, milk-free, lactose-free, and high-fiber.
