1 | c | Whole wheat flour |
2 | tb | Milk; for milk wash |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Seeds (poppy or sesame) |
2 | tb | Nonfat dry milk |
"The Ultimate Bread Machine Cookbook" by Tom Lacalamita Add everything (except milk for wash and seeds) on dough setting. At end of first kneading cycle, press clear/stop. Let dough rise for 60 min
