3 3/8 | c | Flour, bread |
1 1/2 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | tb | Dry milk powder |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Canola Oil |
1/3 | c | Oatmeal (or, 1 pkt of Quaker |
| | Date, Raisin, Walnut Oatmeal |
| | Instant Cereal - preferred) |
1/3 | c | Applesauce |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 1/4 | c | Water |
1 1/2 | ts | Dry yeast |

Place all ingredients except yeast in baking pan in order listed.
Place yeast in receptacle. Bake on Rapid. (Panasonic 65)
For other machines, place ingredients in order required by the machine
you use.
NOTE: This recipe is adapted from a Panasonic recipe. The use of the
Quaker Instant Raisin, Date and Walnut cereal was a happy coincidence. I
was out of oatmeal of all sorts, except that variety. It might be
interesting to try Peaches and Cream, or Strawberries and Cream or some of
the others for a different taste.
This is a slightly sweet bread, but goes good with everything.
