Title: Pumpkin Pie Bread

1 1/2 | ts | Active dry yeast |
6 | tb | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Ginger |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Dried lemon peel |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | c | Bread flour |
1/4 | c | Canned pumpkin |
1/4 | c | Orange juice |
1/4 | c | Warm water |
1 | Egg | |
1 | tb | Butter |
For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 1/4 teaspoons of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 1/2 cup warm water in the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
1 1/2 Pound Loaf:
2 ts active dry yeast 9 tb sugar 1/2 ts ginger 1 ts cinnamon 1/2 ts dried lemon peel 3/4 c whole wheat flour 1 ts salt 2 1/4 c bread flour 1/4 c & 2 tb canned pumpkin 3 oz orange juice 3 oz warm water 2 eggs 1 1/2 ts butter
