1/4 | c | Orange oil |

2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | c | Granola |
2 1/2 | c | Unbleached white flour |
1/2 | c | Oat flour |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
4 | tb | Powdered buttermilk |
1 | tb | Yeast |
1/2 | c | Dried cranberries |
1/2 | c | Chopped walnuts |
SMALL WELBILT | ||
2 | ts | Yeast |
2/3 | c | Granola |
1 1/3 | c | Unbleached white flour |
1/3 | c | Oat flour |
1/3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Powdered buttermilk |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
1/4 | c | Water |
1/8 | ts | Orange oil |
1 1/2 | tb | Honey |
2 | ts | Vegetable oil |
1/3 | c | Dried cranberries |
1/3 | c | Chopped walnuts |
Zojirushi: Put all ingredients except for walnuts and cranberries in the machine, program for raisin bread, and press start. When the beeper sounds at the end of the last kneading, add the cranberries and walnuts.
Small Welbilt: Have all ingredients at room temperature. Place all the ingredients except the cranberries and walnuts in the machine, program for medium and press start. Add the cranberries and the walnuts when the beeper sounds during the end of the second kneading.
