SEE NOTE before starting....
For Dak/Welbilt - have all ingredients at room temp. Place all
ingredients except raisins in the machine and program for Sweet Bread and
press start. Add the raisins when the beeper sounds.
For Hitachi - place all ingredients except raisins, in machine, program
for mix bread, and press start. Add raisins when beeper sounds.
For Zojirushi - place all the ingredinets except the raisins in the
machine, program for raisin bread, and press start. Add the raisins when
the beeper sounds.
For Small Welbilt - Have all ingredients at room temeperature. Place all
ingredients except raisins in the machine, program for medium and press
start. Add raisins when beeper sounds.
NOTE: Place the marsala and raisins in small pan or microwavable dish
with a lid or covered with plastic wrap. On the stove or in the microwave,
heat the liquid to a simmer and set aside until room temperature. Drain off
the marsala & reserve it as an ingredient for dough. There should be a
total of 1 cup liquid ingredients for the large machines and 2/3 cup liquid
ingredients for small machines, which includes the marsala, milk, eggs,
butter, and extracts. Add a little more marsala if necessary to euqal the
appropriate measure. Reserve the raisins to add when appropriate for each
machine.
