Title: Poppy Seed-Lemon Bread

3 3/8 | c | Bread flour |
1 1/2 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | tb | Dry milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter or oil |
3 | tb | Poppy seeds |
1 1/2 | tb | Lemon peel |
1 3/8 | 6 c water (11-1/2 oz) | |
1 1/2 | ts | Dry yeast |
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in pan except water and yeast. Add water on top of other ingredients. Close lid. Place yeast in dispenser. Bake on Regular or RapidBake (3 hour mode) Recipe created for Panasonic 65. Adjust for other brands as necessary.
