Title: Cheesy Potato Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

SMALL LOAF
1/2cWater
1/3cPotato, peeled, chopped
1/3cMilk
1/4cCheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2tsMargarine or butter
2 1/4cBread flour
2tsSugar
1/2tsOnion salt
1/4tsCaraway seed, crushed
1 1/2tsYeast
LARGE LOAF
3/4cWater
1/2cPotato, peeled, chopped
1/2cMilk
1/3cCheddar cheese, shredded
2tsMargarine or butter
3 1/3cBread flour
1tbSugar
3/4tsOnion salt
1/4tsCaraway seed, crushed
2tsYeast

In small saucepan, combine water and potato. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, simmering about 10 minutes or until potato is very tender. DO NOT DRAIN! Mash potato in the water. Measure 1/2 cup potato/water mixture. If necessary, add water to equal 1/2 cup for small loaf or 2/3 cup for large loaf. Discard excess. Allow to cool. Add potato mixture and remaining ingredients to machine and push start!
