Title: Marie's Orange Cinnamon Swirl Bread

1 | pk | Active dry yeast |
1/4 | c | Water; room temp |
3/4 | c | Orange juice |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
3 | c | Flour; regular |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | c | Soft butter |
1/8 | c | Grated orange peel |
Milk | ||
Cinnamon sugar mixture |
: For DOUGH MODE of breadmachine. Add ingredients, starting with the dry ingredients, then the wet. Yeast in dispenser, or away from salt, depending on model of your machine. Do not add the milk or cinnamon-sugar mixture. : After dough mode is completed, remove and punch down. Roll out into rectangle about 1/4 x 6 x 20 inches. Brush surface with milk. Sprinkle the dough with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough like a jelly roll beginning at 6 inch end. Seal seam; place seam side down in well greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Repeat to make 2 loaves if desired. Let rise until doubled. : Bake at 375 degrees about 45 mins. WATCH CAREFULLY because this bread browns very quickly---cover loosely with foil if it browns too quickly.
