1	tb	Canned cream of coconut
2	c	White flour
1	ts	Salt
1	tb	Butter
1/2	c	Shredded coconut meat
1 1/2	ts	Yeast
1	ts	Coconut extract

If your family likes coconut, they'll love this one for a nice change. Just dump the ingredients in and bake on regular cycle, medium crust. Donna Countryman
