Title: Spicy Apple Bread

2/3 | c | Water |
1 | tb | Butter, softened |
2 | c | Bread flour |
1/4 | c | Cut-up dried apples |
1 | tb | Dry milk |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Apple pie spice |
1 1/2 | ts | Bread machine yeast |
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select sweet or basic / white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
NOTE: Apple pie spice can be made by mixing 2 parts cinnamon with 1 part nutmeg to equal the amount called for.
