Title: Pesto Bread #4

Yield: 1 Loaf
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
4 | ts | Dough enhancer (optional) |
2 | c | White wheat flour |
1 | tb | Granulated sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | Extra large egg | |
1/4 | c | Dry Vermouth or any other dry white wine |
1/3 | c | Plus 2 Tb water |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1/2 | c | Pesto sauce |
1/2 | c | Toasted pine nuts |
Place all ingredients except the pine nuts in the machine and program for Basic Bread. Add the pine nuts during the last five minutes of the final knead cycle. Makes one loaf.
