Title: Cinnamon Nut Raisin Bread

1 1/2 | ts | Active dry yeast |
2 | c | Bread flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Dark brown sugar, packed |
1 | tb | Nonfat dry milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | tb | Butter/margarine |
3/4 | c | Plus 1T water |
1/4 | c | Raisins |
1/4 | c | Chopped walnuts |
Automatic Bread Program:
Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts. Press SELECT for
Normal. Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the
end of the second kneading, add 1/4 c of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bread
will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from
