| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | tb | Cinnamon |
| 3/4 | c | Quick-cooking oatmeal |
| 3/4 | c | Whole-wheat flour |
| 1 1/2 | c | Unbleached white flour |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
Place all ingredients in the machine in the order suggested by the
manufacturer. Program for white bread or bread and press start. Makes 1 lb
