Title: Cherry Almond Bread

1 1/2 | tb | Butter |
1 1/2 | tb | Almond paste |
1/4 | ts | Almond extract |
3 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
2/3 | c | Whole-wheat flour |
2 1/3 | c | Bread flour |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
1/2 | c | Dried sour cherries |
1/2 | c | Almonds, chopped |
Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding cherries and almonds during the raisin-bread cycle, or five minutes before the final kneading is finished.
