Title: Whole Wheat Grain Oat Bread - Abm

Yield: 1 Loaf
1 1/8 | c | Water, at 105-110 degrees F |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
2 | tb | Molasses or honey |
1 1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 | c | White flour |
1/2 | c | Rolled oats |
3/4 | c | 7-grain cereal |
1/4 | c | Nonfat dried milk powder |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Gluten |
2 | ts | Yeast |
Place ingredients in bread machine in order given (or in reverse order if your machine takes the dry ingredients first).
To make in bread machine: process on whole wheat cycle.
To bake in oven: process on dough cycle. Remove dough, punch down and shape into loaf. Place in greased bread loaf pan and let rise until doubled, about one hour. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Remove loaf to cool.
Note: Instead of using 7 grain cereal, you can use 8 grain, 9 grain, 12 grain, etc. -- whatever is available where you shop. You can usually find this stuff in grocery stores where they have bins with grains, flours, etc.
Option: Add 1/4 sunflower seeds.
