1/16 | c | Milk |
5 | tb | Butter |
2 1/2 | Eggs | |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | ;salt |
4 | c | Flour, bread |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
Add ingredients to ABM in order listed. Select dough cycle and begin.
Remove dough to floured surface. Divide dough into 16 large balls and pinch off a small portion of each large ball to form an equal number of small balls. Place large balls of dough into muffin tins; press down in the center of each one to form an indentation into which you place a small ball of dough. Let rise for about 40 minutes.
