5 | tb | Margarine |
2 1/2 | Eggs | |
1 | Egg yolk | |
1 1/3 | ts | Extract, vanilla |
2/3 | ts | ;salt |
2/3 | c | Sugar |
1 1/3 | ts | Lemon peel; grated |
4 | c | Flour, bread |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
FILLING | ||
5 | tb | Sugar |
5 | tb | Walnuts; chopped |
2/3 | c | Raisins |
FOR BRUSHING | ||
1 | Eggs; beaten |
Add first ten ingredients to ABM in order listed and select dough cycle.
After completion of dough cycle, divide into three equal portions and roll out three rectangles. Spread 1/3 of mixed filling ingredients onto middle of each rectangle and fold dough over it to encase it. Braid rectangles together and place in a bread loaf pan. Let rise about 30 minutes.
