Title: Pistachio Raisin Bread

1 1/3 | c | Water -- Heated to 80-85 |
Deg | ||
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
2 | tb | Honey |
3 | c | Bread Flour |
1 | c | Whole Wheat Flour |
1 1/3 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Yeast |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Pistachio nuts |
Add first six ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Bang sides to settle ingredients. Make well in center and add yeast. Set on Sweet cycle. Add raisins and nuts at beep (or after first kneading). Makes a 2 pound loaf.
