Title: Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin

7/8cTo 1 cup + 1 tablespoon
  Buttermilk
1 Egg
1tsSalt
1/3cButter or margarine
3tbBrown sugar
1 1/2cBread flour
1 1/2cWhole wheat flour
2tbTo 3 tablespoons gluten --
  Optional
2/3cRaisins
1tsCinnamon
2tsActive dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. After baking cycle ends, remove from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. The above measurements are for a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
