Title: Parmesan Bread

2/3 | c | Water |
2/3 | Egg -- large | |
2 2/3 | tb | Butter -- cut in small |
Pieces | ||
2 | c | Bread flour |
3 1/2 | tb | Parmesan cheese -- grated |
1 1/3 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/3 | ts | Onion flakes -- dried |
2/3 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | ts | Garlic salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
Combine all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's
instructions. Process in regular bake cycle. remove from baking pan, and cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1-1/2 lb loaf. (tested in Hitachi, Panasonic, and Zojirushi machines. Whether made by hand or in a bread machine, there was very little difference).
