Yield: 2 Servings
2/3 | c | Rotini noodles |
1/4 | c | Grated mozzarella cheese |
1 | tb | Chopped basil or parsley |
1/2 | c | Frozen mixed vegetables |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | ts | Dried oregano |
Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Add vegetables and cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, basil or parsley and oregano.
