1 | tb | Vegetable Oil |
1 | c | All purpose white flour |
1 | c | Fine ground oatmeal |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/4 | c | Coarse ground pecans |
1/4 | c | Wheat germ |
1/4 | c | Wheat bran |
2 | tb | Gluten |
1 | ts | [rounded] salt |
1 | ts | [rounded] yeast |
1 | ts | [heaped] brown sugar |
Grind rolled oats into meal in a blender. Add liquids, flours, other dry ingredients and yeast in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Set cycle to whole wheat, medium crust.
