Title: Jim's Maple Walnut Bread

Yield: 1 Lge loaf
7/8 | c | Water, plus tb for Zoji |
1/2 | c | Maple syrup |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Nonfat dry milk |
1/4 | c | Walnuts, chopped |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
Please all ingredients in bread pan, select LIGHT crust setting and press start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan and allow to cool 1 hour on wire rack before slicing.
Deb's notes: Wonderful bread! I use the "raisin" option and add the chopped nuts about 5 minutes before the end of the kneading cycle. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.00
