Title: Chocolate Chip Bread - Dak

1 p | k Active Dry Yeast | |
3 c | Bread Flour | |
2 T | B Brown Sugar | |
2 T | B Granulated Sugar | |
1 t | s Salt | |
1 t | s Cinnamon | |
1 | /4 c | Soft Butter -- room temp. |
1 | Egg | |
1 c | Milk -- warm, 105-115 deg. | |
1 | /4 c | Warm Water |
1 c | Chocolate Chips |
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
Add ingredients in order given. Add the chocolate chips when the machine 'beeps' 5 minutes from the end of the second mixing.
Setting: white bread
Manual method: you can hand knead, let this bread rise, and then bake it in 2 loaf pans in your own oven. It's just more work.
Be creative: Experiment. Try adding chopped nuts, fresh or dried fruit and more.
