3 | tb | Wheat germ |
3 | tb | Powdered milk |
1 1/2 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | ts | Grated nutmeg |
1 1/2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | c | Mashed ripe banana PLUS |
2 | tb | Mashed ripe banana |
3/4 | c | Sour cream or plain yogurt |
1/4 | c | Water PLUS |
1 | tb | Water |
3/4 | c | Raisins or chopped nuts (optional) |
SMALL LOAF - 1 lb 1-1/4 tsps active dry yeast 2 cups bread flour 2 Tbsp wheat germ 2 Tbsp powdered milk 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 3/4 cup mashed ripe banana 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts (optional) 1. Add all ingredients except the raisins or nuts, if included, in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic
bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
2. At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading in the Panasonic or National), add the raisins or nuts.
