Title: Turkish Walnut & Honey Bread

1 1/2 | ts | Active dry yeast |
1 3/4 | c | Bread flour |
1/2 | c | Whole-wheat flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Grated orange zest |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1/3 | c | Chopped walnuts |
3/4 | c | Water |
1 1/2 LB LOAF | ||
2 1/4 | ts | Active dry yeast |
2 2/3 | c | Bread flour |
3/4 | c | Whole-wheat flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Grated orange zest |
1/3 | c | Honey |
3/4 | c | Chopped walnuts |
1 | c | Water plus 2 tbs |
Add all ingredients in order suggested by your bread machine manual.
Note: I used "Spices" Granulated Orange Peel as a substitute for grated orange peel.
