3tsDry yeast Bread Rapid

1 1/8cTap water
2 2/3cBread flour
3/8cWhole wheat flour
1 1/2tsSalt
3tbSugar
1 1/2tbButter
1 1/2tbDried milk
1 1/2tsDry yeast or
2tsDry yeast Bread Rapid
  ****Medium Loaf****
3/4cTap water
1 3/4cBread flour
1/4cWhole wheat flour
1tsSalt
2tbSugar
1tbButter
1tbDry milk
1tsDry yeast or
2tsDry yeast Bread Rapid

Pour water in bread pan, then all dry ingredients except yeast. Place Dry yeast on top of flour away from water. Return bread pan to bakery. Close lid and plug into a receptacle. Set controls per machine instructions.
