WHOLE WHEAT HONEY BREAD | ||
ALL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE | ||
3 | tb | Milk, dry, nonfat |
1/3 | tb | Honey, clover |
1 1/3 | c | Water |
2 | tb | Oil, canola |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | Flour, whole wheat |
1/2 | c | Flour, all purpose |
1/3 | c | Cornmeal |
2 | tb | Booster |
2 | ts | Yeast |

Put water in first, and the yeast in last, all other ingredients in the middle. Program the breadmaker for "light" and press "start".
Go shopping, spend money, have fun, come home and enjoy your bread. You earned it!

If your honey has crystallized (mine was) zap the jar in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time until it liquefies. If it becomes too warm (mine did) put it in the freezer for about a half a minute at a session until it is room temperature.
