1/2 | c | Half and Half |
1/2 | c | Parsley sprigs |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | | Large garlic clove, chopped |
6 | | Fresh basil leaves OR |
3/4 | ts | Crumbled dried basil |
1 | pn | Cayenne |
1/2 | lb | Linguine |
Combine walnuts, half and half, parsley, oil, garlic basil and cayenne in
food processor. Process until combined well. Salt to taste.
Cook linguine until al dente. Drain. Toss with sauce in a heated serving
bowl. Makes 8 first course or 4 small main course servings.
