1 | kg | Chicken wings |
1/4 | c | Liquid honey |
2 | tb | Lime juice |
| | Finely grated peel of 1 lime |
1 | | Clove of garlic |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Tip and half wings. Preheat broiler. Set a rack on a foil-lined baking
sheet or broiler pan. Place wings on rack, spacing 1/2 in apart. Broil 3
inches from element for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and skin is
crisp. Turn and continue to broil 8 to 10 more minutes, or until golden
brown and chicken is cooked. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients together
in a large bowl. When wings are cooked toss in honey mixture. Serve,
