2 Eggs; beaten
1cWater; cold
3/4cFlour
1tbCornstarch
1/2tsBaking powder
1/2tsSalt

Mix all ingredients with a fork JUST UNTIL BLENDED (batter will be thin and slightly lumpy). Be sure all items are chilled. Keep mixed batter on ice water. Batter does not keep well; use immediately.
