Title: Mexicali Cheese Spread

Yield: 1 2/3 cups
1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
1 | Jalapeno pepper;finely chop | |
8 | oz | Sargento mexican cheese |
2/3 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Cilantro; finely chopped |
In food processor combine garlic, peppers, cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and stir in cilantro. Cover and chill. Use on crackers or red bell pepper wedges. Source: Sargento label
