Title: Venison Sausage Balls

1 1/2lbVenison; ground
1/2cBreadcrumbs, dry
1 Egg; beaten
1tsSalt
1/2cPotatoes; mashed
1/2tsSugar, brown
1/4tsPepper
1/4tsAllspice, ground
1/4tsNutmeg, ground
1/8tsCloves, ground
1/8tsGinger, ground
1/4cButter (or marg.); melted
  Orange slices; opt.
  Lemon slices; opt.
  Parsley sprigs; opt.

Combine first 11 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1" balls. Brown well in butter, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Arrange on serving platter; garnish with fruit and parsley, if desired.
