Title: Beef Sausage Stacks

6 | oz | Cream cheese |
2 | ts | Horseradish; drained |
1 | ts | Parsley; chopped |
2 | tb | Onion; grated |
1 | lb | Sausage, smoked beef; thinly sliced |
Combine cream cheese; horseradish, parsley, and onion. Mix well. For each "cylinder" spread 7 slices of beef sauasgae with cream cheese mixture, stacking them to form a cylinder. Top with a slice of sausage. Repeat for each cylinder. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 3 hours or more. When ready to serve, cut each stack into 6 wedges.
